Summary: Document Impala/Kudu known limitations

One of the requests that came from training is to have a single place in the
docs that lists known limitations with the Impala/Kudu integration:
some items might be:
* Timestamp columns
* non-lowercase alphanumeric table/column names
* batch_size
* non-updatable primary key columns
* primary key columns must come first in schema
* missing partition management features / partitioning differences
* missing predicates: NULL/ NOT NULL/ IN ()
* missing encoding/compression features
