ThreadSanitizer detects a data race in {{JvmMetricCache}} when multiple threads
access {{TGetJvmMemoryMetricsResponse}} concurrently. One thread is destructing
{{std::vector<TJvmMemoryPool>}} during shutdown, while another thread clears
it.
