Description:
{{CacheMvccTxRecoveryTest.testCountersNeighborcastServerFailed}} sporadically
hangs on exchange. It should be investigated.
Looks like the similar problem is in
{{org.apache.ignite.internal.processors.cache.distributed.dht.GridCachePartitionsStateValidationTest#testPartitionCountersConsistencyOnExchange}}.
