Dmitry, I've disabled new inspections introduced by the new 2018.3 version of
IntelliJ IDEA and I've fixed redundant warning suppressions which were
uncatchable by auto-checking of 2017 IDEA.
Can you take a look at it, please?
We have an `Unexpected error during build messages processing in TeamCity`
error message in the log files. Suppose, it's related to the TC and should be
investigated separately.
