Description:
IntelliJ IDEA since 2018.1 version have new inspection rules enabled by
default. This leads to the {{[Inspections] Core}} suite fail as these rules are
not fixed in the Apache Ignite project code.
# We need to add and disable them in {{ignite_inspections_teamcity.xml}}
configuration file.
# Remove unnecessary supperssion accortding to {{Redundant suppression}}
