Alexey Kuznetsov resolved IGNITE-4777.

Resolution: Won't Fix
I think we don't need this, as we have "Unsaved changes guard" that will ask
user to save on any try to leave Configuration screen.
And user will discover "Download" button as it is on same pace as "Save" button.
