The issue is caused by a race between
{{tx.shared().exchange().readyAffinityVersion()}} and
{{ctx.shared().exchange().lastFinishedFuture().topologyVersion()}}.
As a result, a get request which is mapped on topology version {{N+1}} is
validated with exchange future of topology version {{N}}, thus return {{null}}
instead of throwing an exception.
As a solution, I suggest to get rid of a separate field for
{{readyAffinityVersion()}} and always use the latest exchange future.
