Description:
1) Investigate performance on switching to tpp model and choose best solution
2) Implement transactions commit using tpp model
3) Implement putAll, removeAll on atomic caches using tpp model -

-atomic cache is almost done
-tx cache - need to start working
-rebalancing seems to be pretty easy to move to this approach
