[~pgarg], please fix the formatting throughout the doc:
* make sure readme.io sections and sub-sections are used everywhere
* remove *bold* and _italic_ styles from various occurrences within the doc
unless it's really needed. For instance, we don't need to make "GA Grid",
"Chromosomes" bold.
* Rename GA Grid to Genetic Algorithms cause now it's a subset of ML APIs and
not a separated component.
