Description: Ignite blocks on SecurityException in exchange-worker due to
unauthorised on-heap cache configuration. Consider moving
IGNITE_DISABLE_ONHEAP_CACHE system property check to a more appropriate place
to avoid blocking Ignite. (was: Ignite blocks on SecurityException in
exchange-worker due to unauthorised off-heap cache configuration. Consider
moving IGNITE_DISABLE_OFFHEAP_CACHE system property check to a more appropriate
place to avoid blocking Ignite.)
