Description:
{{FifoEvictionPolicy}} should be rewritten without outdated
{{ConcurrentLinkedDeque8}}.
At present we can't just remove usages of {{ConcurrentLinkedDeque8}} due to
usages of {{unlinkx}} and {{offerLastx}} methods.
Use {{FastSizeDeque}} wrapper in order to get rid of {{sizex}} calls.
