Description:
Add tests to ensure that Ignite.NET can be used from F#.
* Check that all F# data types can be used in cache without issues (records,
tuples, collections, unions, etc).
* Compute
* LINQ
These tests can be added to {{Apache.Ignite.DotNetCore.sln}}, in a new project
{{Apache.Ignite.Tests.FSharp}}.
