Description:
{{ICacheClient}} should be {{IEnumerable<ICacheEntry<TK, TV>>}}, same as
{{ICache}}.
This can be easily implemented with a ScanQuery without a filter. Find out
wether ScanQuery is a good equivalent of a proper cache iterator.
Same thing for {{GetLocalEntries}}.
