Currently we have a lot of {{GridH2Row}} implementations. But in reality we
need only two - for normal row and for deleted row.
Need to refactor the rest rows so that they do not extend {{GridH2Row}}.
Without it we will not be able to decouple H2 index from H2 infrastructure.
