IGNITE-1948
I divided ClusterTopologyCheckedException into two:
ClusterTopologyCheckedException (with readyFut) and
ClusterTopologyLocalException (without readyFut).
ClusterTopologyCheckedException extends ClusterTopologyLocalException.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/SharplEr/ignite ignite-1948
