We must bother that NearCache expires on client nodes as well and add tests for
it.
One of such test - IgniteCacheAtomicExpiryPolicyTest.testNearExpiresOnClient
can be merged to IgniteCacheAtomicExpiryPolicyTest.testNearAccess when
exripation issue will be fixed.
