The reason why semaphore cannot be reused in *IgniteSemaphoreExample* is that
after client node shuts down and leaves Ignite cluster its semaphore gets
marked as "broken" and doesn't function properly.
Need to discuss this behavior and either leave it as is or create a follow-up
story to fix it.
