Description:
IGNITE-29103 writes a JSON file for every message, but only to {{target}}.
Let's copy these files to {{modules/wire-compatibility-check/wire}} during the
build and commit them. CI fails if the files are out of date. So every change
of the message format is visible in the pull request diff.
