SonarCloud analysis of the project is not used and only costs runner time:
* The pull request analysis ({{{}Sonar Quality Pull Request Analysis{}}}) has
been disabled since May 2026.
* {{SonarBuild}} still compiles every pull request on every push and uploads
an artifact that nothing consumes. Its green check looks like a Sonar result
but only proves that the project compiles, which {{commit-check}} already does.
* {{sonar-branch}} rebuilds master on every push, but nobody reads the result:
the quality gate does not affect the build, nothing reports the findings, and
no issue has ever referenced them.
* The pull request scheme is hard to maintain safely: the analysis job runs
the pull request's {{mvnw}} and pom under the SonarCloud and GitHub tokens,
guarded only by manual run approval.
