On JDK 21 the last performance statistics records are sometimes lost on stop.
The log shows:
Failed to fsync the performance statistics file
java.nio.channels.ClosedChannelException
PerformanceStatisticsSelfTest#testCacheOperation fails on TC nightly JDK 21
runs (expected:<1> but was:<0>)
