new-metrics-system.adoc uses the \{table_opts} attribute without defining it,
so tables render without a header row; a link: macro is left unclosed. Some
cross-page links target anchors that no longer exist, and the Histograms
section claims JMX-only availability, which is wrong — every exporter reports
them, only the bucket format differs. Time units are missing from a number of
metrics both in the docs and in description().
