I reviewed implementation PR #12562 and commit 098ddecab6 in the local Ignite 2
checkout. This is a snapshot restore optimization for MultiDC node selection
using existing data center node attributes; it does not add a new snapshot
command, configuration option, public API, or documentation contract. I removed
only Docs Required and preserved Release Notes Required.
