Checked the linked PRs and local master. The implemented change adds only
.github/workflows/check-protected-classes.yml, a GitHub PR compatibility guard
for protected message classes. It does not change user-facing Apache Ignite
behavior, APIs, configuration, commands, or product documentation. Removing
only Docs Required; Release Notes Required is left unchanged.
