Docs Required was cleared after checking merged PR #13379 against current
master. The required documentation was included in the same change set:
docs/_docs/monitoring-metrics/system-views.adoc documents DATA_CENTER_ID in
CLIENT_CONNECTIONS, and docs/_docs/clustering/multi-data-center.adoc documents
the Java thin-client data center ID precedence. Release Notes Required was
preserved.
