For now other Apache projects already added AGENTS.md files:
1) Spark [https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/AGENTS.md]
2) Airflow [https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/AGENTS.md]
3) Kafka [https://github.com/apache/kafka/blob/trunk/AGENTS.md]
4) Ignite-3 [https://github.com/apache/ignite-3/blob/main/AGENTS.md]

Let's investigate adding AGENTS.md to Ignite project and include next points:
* How to run certain tests
* Description of modules
* Info about ignite-extensions repo
* References to docs
* Coding conventions
As a reference we can take mentioned projects. Probably, firstly we should
create AGENTS.md in external repo to test it
