1) Why? I proposed to use *updateSafe* for {{create}} & {{append}};
2) I think unsupported {{update}} operation doesn't mean that operations
{{mkdirs}}, {{create}} and {{append}} are unsupported also (e.g. on the
windows platform). If we'll support only {{null}} properties parameter for this
operations we have to change {{IgfsImpl.mkdirs}} to remove default properties
for directories (or don't pass default properties to secondary FS).
