Fix For: 2.19
All messages changes should be reviewed thoroughly besause of RU support we
declared.
So, we should cover them by some hook checks that there is no changes at RU
related classes, or warn that special RU review required.
We should cover everything instantiated from Message and
IgniteDataTransferObject.
