Release Note:
Added IO metrics under "storage.aipersist.io":
* TotalBytesRead - Cumulative bytes read from disk since startup.
* TotalBytesWritten - Cumulative bytes written to disk since startup.
* ReadsTime - Histogram, time spent in disk read operation in microseconds.
Buckets: 10, 100, 1_000, 10_000 microseconds.
* WritesTime - Histogram, time spent in disk write operation in microseconds.
Buckets: 10, 100, 1_000, 10_000 microseconds.
