Implement an enhancement that will allow displaying the following information
in the heartbeat when a node transitions into maintenance mode:
- Information indicating that the node has been launched in emergency mode;
- Information specifying which maintenance task
(defragmentationMaintenanceTask, indexRebuildMaintenanceTask, etc.) is
currently being executed, and, if possible, the completion percentage of the
task.
