Description:
Since Apache Ignite 3 has been out for close to a year, lets rework the website
to account for us having a new major version.
The website is about 5 years old now, and there were multiple releases of both
Ignite 2 and Ignite 3 that are not accounted for, and the website uses pug
source file format that is hard to maintain and edit.
Lets try to make both the website front and the documentation to the more
modern docusaurus format.
This would allow us to switch to a unified markdown format, and use more modern
and simpler build process.
This ticket is for publishing a draft of website and documentation for approval
on dev-list.
