Sometimes, for some reason, nodes in the scale cube cannot see each other
during tests. This happens because initial messages are sent in thread pool,
which starts executing the task after 1 second because it takes a long time to
create a thread. Therefore, message exchange stops due to a timeout, and the
nodes are still unable to see each other.
It is suggested to increase the timeout to
{*}org.apache.ignite.internal.network.scalecube.TestScaleCubeClusterServiceFactory{*}.
