Checkpointer#possibleLongJvmPauseDuration() uses System.currentTimeMillis(),
while LongJVMPauseDetector switched to
TimeUnit.NANOSECONDS.toMillis(System.nanoTime()) after IGNITE-21475.
This mixes wall-clock time with monotonic time and results in misleading
checkpoint logs.
