h3. Motivation
Most user operations interact with the CMG/MG, and the response wait time for
these operations may be unlimited (by design).
Infinite waiting is undesirable for user operations; therefore, a default
timeout must be provided for operations where it is not explicitly defined (for
example, creating a table or retrieving a list of tables).
h3. Definition of done
A configurable default timeout for user operations.
