We identified that `jobs` source set is esentially tests sourceset. When we
were defining configuration and rules for spotbugs we decided that running
spotbugs on a test code is redundant. Let's stick to this rule – since `jobs`
is a test sources set then it should not have spotbugs checks executed.
Disable it similarly to how we did for `spotbugsTest` and
`spotbugsIntegrationTest`
