In IGNITE-26486 some changes were made into catalog descriptors. At least
existing {{CatalogTableDescriptor}} serializer version 3.1 was modified.
But since these changes were not included in version 3.1, it is necessary to
roll back the changes made in the serializer of version 3.1 and add the new
changes to the new serializer for version 3.2.
