The current Javadoc states that timeouts for read-write (RW) transactions are
not supported, referencing https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-15936.
However, timeouts for RW transactions have since been implemented in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-24244. The current Javadoc is
outdated and misleading.
