Description:
It can be useful for audit purposes to [fire an
event|https://www.gridgain.com/docs/gridgain9/latest/developers-guide/events/events-list]
on REST API calls.
The event should contain information about the call, including client
information(address) and user login.
Each API call can generate 2 events:
* MANAGEMENT_REST_API_REQUEST_STARTED
* MANAGEMENT_REST_API_REQUEST_FINISHED
