Description:
After the reset we get a new group, though the lease is still the same as the
old one. We need to create a new lease for the new stable.
Example:
Stable = [A, B, C]
B and C die, we reset to [A].
A new lease is created for [A] if before the reset the primary was either B or
C.
If on the other hand, the primary was A, then the lease is just prolonged.
