1. IgfsOutputStreamImpl has already been buffered. A buffer is implemented at
the class IgfsOutputStreamAdapter.
2. Simple benchmark on the my localhost doesn't show significant difference
between LocalFs with and without buffer (the result dispersion is greater then
the difference). We have to measure it at the benchmark labs to ensure.
