** The test should perform the following steps:

### Insert test data (use transactions) and verify data using SQL queries.
### Stop {*}Ignite 3.0{*}.
### Upgrade to {*}Ignite 3.1{*}.
### Read previously inserted data to ensure persistence.
### Insert new data and validate retrieval.
