Description: After an MvTableStorage was destroyed or stopped, it throws
NodeStoppingException if you call some of its methods. This is very misleading,
because the table storage is not stopped only on node stop. It is proposed to
use more specific exceptions, like StorageClosedException and
StorageDestroyedException.
