Description: `GridClientByteUtils` methods are used in `IgniteUtils`, which
methods (eg. `IgniteUtils#shortToBytes`) just proxies calls to corraponding
`GridClientByteUtils`methods , so it should be moved before all common methods
from `IgniteUtils`. (was: It is used in IgniteUtils, so it should be moved
before all common methods from IgniteUtils. )
