Description:
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Start 3 nodes.
# Create 1 table and fill it with 10 rows.
# Restart one of the nodes.
*Actual result:*
The node has started and joined the cluster but after that it's stuck in the
unsuccessful election:
_Unsuccessful election round number 6, group 'cmg_group'._

*Expected result:*
The node has joined the cluster successfully.
