Description:
When message handling or watch event handling takes too much time, we log a
warning. This is a tool for helping us with the development, but it's not
something that should be seen in production as the user does not have any means
to react to it.
We should add a system property controlling whether this should be logged, make
it false by default and enable it in our tests.
