As we already amended the syntax for [CREATE TABLE
|https://ggsystems.atlassian.net/browse/IGN-25685], now need to amend the
syntax of CREATE ZONE command.
As of now for CREATE ZONE syntax, we have a section *`WITH`* with non-specified
key-value pairs of parameters.
{{The proposal is the following:}}
# {{Add new syntax without *WITH* part and make all parameters as part of the
common syntax}}
# {{Keep current sytax as is, and freeze it for any changes in future.
Documentation should contains only the new introduced syntax. The old syntax
will be removed in a few releases to prevent issue with compatibility.}}
