Description:
Looks like {{Index}} error group is not used and may be removed with related
exception classes (need to verify that cpp and .Net clients don't use these
codes).
Also {{TableAlreadyExistsException}} is not used.
Also {{ColumnAlreadyExistsException}} is not used (but related error code is
used in compute).
p.s. It is necessary to update the documentation if the error code is removed.
