Description:
h3. Motivation
In order to understand the health status of the cluster it might be useful to
aggregate and share via system views, periodically or by special triggers
within logs, etc, some cluster aspects like
* Primary Replica and Raft Leaders distributions.
* Amount of acquired locks.
* Amount of pending RW/RO transactions, probably with a histogram of their
lifetime,
* etc

* Define set of cluster attributes and characteristics to share in health
report.
