Default configuration file, that goes with an Ignite distribution, contains a
{{default}} storage profile.
There is a size there, 3.2Gb. It is not explicitly chosen in the code, but it
is rather a 20% of the RAM of the build agent.
This means that the released configuration file depends on the amount of RAM in
the build environment, which is not something that anyone would expect. We
should replace it with a reasonable constant value.
