Description:
Need to integrate cancellation of transaction with kill handler introduced in
IGNITE-23440.
*Update:*
After IGNITE-23680 we can use {{txStateMap}} (from
{{VolatileTxStateMetaStorage}}) as source for both RO and RW transactions in
TRANSACTIONS system view. As a part of this ticket we need to simplify
{{TransactionsViewProvider}} to use txStateMap for all transactions. RO txs are
always in PENDING state, to determine whether tx was finished need to use
{{isFinishingOrFinished()}} method.
