Summary: Add HA zones to zone test suites

*Motivation*
Under the IGNITE-24018 we found out that it will be usefull to add the HA zones
checks in some distribution zones test suites
*Definition of Done*
Enrich with HA zones the following test suites:
- DistributionZoneManagerAlterFilterTest - to test that HA/SC zones behaviour
is the same on the zone filter changes
- DistributionZoneManagerConfigurationChangesTest - to test the equal behaviour
on the zones creation/removing.
- ItDistributionZonesFiltersTest - integration test
- ItIgniteDistributionZoneManagerNodeRestartTest - integration test for restarts
